National Sales Development Manager - Reliance Consumer Brands
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with the Sales & Distribution Heads to enhance the sales performance and productivity of their teams, by strengthening their key skills.
a. Focus on development of the Regional Sales Capability team i.e. to equip them with necessary skills to drive the capability building agenda for the sales & distribution organization.
b. Provide guidance & ongoing feedback to enhance performance & engagement of the sales teams across all markets in the regions.
c. Identify & coach high performers for a fast track career progression / succession planning from front liners to sales heads
- Building Market Execution Capabilities for Front Line Sales Force & Supervisory levels
a. On-The-Job Training
b. Class Room Modules
- Develop a Market Execution Metric and work with Third Party to measure and publish results on a monthly/ quarterly basis. This is to drive the activated distribution agenda in Sales
- Manage Life Cycle of Sales Force
a. Front End & Supervisory roles talent acquisition
b. Payroll management for field-force
c. Learning & Engagement
d. Incentive and other R&R Programs
- GTM- Capability Building
a. Work with Supply Chain team on creating Warehousing Nationally
b. Work with Sales on Distributor, SS & Sub-Dealer Appointment planning & execution
c. Creating Distributor ROI models across categories

Qualifications and Previous Experience:
- Top B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 6+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Already Done a Similar Role in Previous Organization/s would be preferred
- Expertise on MS Office , Reporting Tools
