Key Accountabilities-
- Creation of an efficient MIS system to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) spanning Volumes, Market Shares, Sales force Effectiveness and Distributor coverage
- Analyzing effectiveness of Sales Promotional Campaigns and newly-launched brands and packs, enabling review and action by marketing team.
- Analyzing - Both Qualitative and Quantitative.
- Preparing sales forecast at the monthly, weekly and quarterly level which forms a base for supply chain function for their demand planning.
- Making cases for Annual Business Plan on brand, pack and pricing interventions and supporting them through Analytic Inputs.
- Opportunity Identification across markets, brands & packs for Strategic Business Planning purpose.
- SKU analysis
- Stock returns Vs Sales - Comparisons.
- Damages - Technical vs. Market returns
- Manpower output analysis
- Tracking volumes for High Volume Outlets (HVOs) enjoying extra discounts and identifying Outlets for discount rationalization.
- Planning and tracking of spends and Utilization of short term Trade Schemes.
- Tracking Sales Incentive programs like Quarterly Sales Incentive (QSIP) and Monthly contests, covering Volume performance, Range-selling and Sales force effectiveness (SFE).
- Preparation of Monthly Review PPTs covering major volume, distribution and market share parameters shared with senior management.
- Maintaining sales dashboards - primary and secondary sales and growth analysis and trend analysis
- Monitoring sales target vs. achievement of sales employees
- Reconciling stock reports - opening balance and closing balance
- Preparing sales incentives
- Preparing dealer wise stocks and sales
- Maintaining region wise sales staff details
- Preparing statement of sales employees salary and expenses details
- Co coordinating with Field Staff
- Bridging between Field and Logistics/ Billing
- Speak to RD/SD whenever required
- Report to Line Manager - Provide - All type of reports in Xl, Pivot, PPT, Word, etc
- Working knowledge of Sales App - Read and convert the Sales app data and list the required data as per Line Manager
- Integrate the data with SAP or oracle.
- Must have working knowledge of English, Hindi and any local language
- Well versed with Advanced MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Basic understanding of SAP or similar ERP solutions
- Presentable and Highly adaptable
- Must have worked under multiple reporting structures.
- Well versed with SAP/ERP/MS word, Powerpoint and Advanced MS Excel tools for in-depth data mining and spreadsheet modeling.
- Effective communicator with ability to interact with top Executives.
- Must have working knowledge of Hindi, English and any South Indian Language
- Possess excellent presentation skills
- Adhere to Daily monthly timelines.
- BCA / B.COM (COMPUTORS) /MBA
- AROUND 8 - 10 YEARS IN ANALYZING THE SALES DATA/MIS
