- Formulate business plans for state/ assigned area for managing top line growth
- Create processes that support business partners in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)

Qualifications and Previous Experience:
- Top B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 7+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Medium Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 12-15 Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Multi Organization Experience: Minimum of two, three preferred FMCG organizations with multi product portfolio
- Is a Zonal Sales Manager or a Branch Manager in the current organization or has been in Current Minus One organization/ role with 3 Years of experience in the geography applied for
- Maximum age capping of 40 years ( Exceptions can be made in case candidate demonstrates required agility)
- Expertise on MS Office , Reporting Tools
