Reliance Retail - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Reliance Retail, India's largest consumer retail network is expanding its 3P Marketplace business. The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics. Sellers pay a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services. We are looking for top talents with experience in e-commerce businesses and passion for setting things up from scratch. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Preparation of business plan (Annual and Long term) basis input from business / inter departmental stakeholders

- Drive monthly management reporting (Including P&L) with detailed variances analysis vs business plan

- Manage monthly and quarterly financial forecast process to reflect the latest business developments

- Evaluate and performance tracking of business proposals

- Analyse business trends and provide insights to management

- Preparation of monthly business review, operations review presentations

- Preparation of monthly reports due to Central Consolidation team

- Manage the review process of strategic cost out initiatives

- Working with other functions to identify risks and opportunities for the business

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Chartered Accountant with at least ~5 years' experience in Financial planning & reporting

KEY SKILLS:

Financial Planning, Budget Control, SAP & MS Office
