- Planning & budgeting annual operating plan for overall spends (digital: cards, cards emi , paylater & others)
- CDIT Product & Channel wise management - RD, myJio, www.reliancedigital.in , jiomart-digital & other digital channels
- new vendor tie-ups & integrations
- reconciliation & receivables management
- Broad-base, Drive & Manage Bank Engagements
- Lead target setting & budget planning exercises with partners banks (quarterly & annually) to ensure availability of resources to meet key objectives
- Identify areas of opportunities and collaboration across different bank asset & product categories (activation, retention, new customer carding etc)
- Drive Product Planning process to ensure availability of all mode of payments
- Create product strategy that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI
- Translate Technical integration documents from various partners into User Stories
- Collaborate closely with business IT, operations and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
- Commercials & TOT negotiations
