At Tira, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to become India's top beauty destination. In partner marketing, you'll drive category and campaign success by creating and executing effective marketing plans. Your responsibilities include developing quarterly omnichannel marketing strategies for each brand, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the quality of campaigns. You'll oversee campaign approvals and adjustments, monitor effectiveness, and adapt strategies as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead marketing efforts for new brand pitches and their launch at Tira.
KRA's
- Develop a comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan, aligning the brand's yearly marketing calendar with platform-specific events and activations.
- Contribute to Joint Marketing Plans (JMP) to support Joint Business Plans (JBP) and manage these components from start to finish.
- Create marketing strategies to support exclusivity and launch discussions with brand partners.
- Design research-driven marketing strategies covering all channels (onsite, CRM, editorial, in-store, social media, influencer partnerships, performance ads, and off-site).
- Monitor and report on campaign success, providing regular updates to brands and the B&M teams.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends and competitive activities to keep brands current.
- Pitch innovative new products and marketing ideas to brands, including cutting-edge omnichannel animations on Tira.
- Plan and review yearly marketing budgets on a monthly basis.
- Prepare for asset monetization, including Marketing Package participation and securing deliverables such as BOTM and site visibility.
- Collaborate closely to enhance brand visibility and growth on the platform.
- Manage team members and liaise with stakeholders within RIL systems.
- Develop and implement SOPs and playbooks for effective partner marketing initiatives.
Metrics
- Drive monetization alignments with brands to secure their annual marketing investments for the platform.
- Successful brand/extension launches and execute in a timely manner to support the go-live
