Title: Head- Segment Marketing
Business Unit: One Pharma
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a marketing calendar and budget for the business, which is TG specific in consultation with the TG Heads/Merchants/Operations
- Develop Marketing tool kits for the various TG in consultation with the TG heads, merchants
- Shape and communicate our customer vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage agency and partner teams to drive all brand initiatives
- Work in cross-functional teams to align strategies and go-to-market plans
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Devise innovative communication strategies
- Align the company around the brand's vision and strategy
- Managing ROI and KPIs on all marketing and communication activities
- Identify TG customer needs and gaps in their customer strategy and recommend new ideas.
- Responsible for driving the overall communication strategy forward to educate TG and increase sales
- Analyse results and consumer insights to continuously improve marketing communication strategy.
