We are looking for a competent C&B head for our new E-Venture.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Head Compensation and Benefits function for the Reliance Ecommerce business. Own. drive, communicate and monitor all existing C&B programs and related processes. Design & deploy Compensation philosophy using Pay Ranges, Bonuses, Benefits and Long Term Incentive (LTI).
- The individual will work directly with VP- HR, HR Ops, TA Managers, HOD's, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model.
- Lead and own HR Policies framework. Evaluate new policy inclusion proposals or suggest changes to existing policies in comparison with competitors in the market and changing business needs.
- Guide HR Operations in managing Benefits, Statutory compliance and streamlining processes. Individual is expected to come up with alternatives and solutions.
- Lead for Performance related activities such as managing the Performance calendar, communication and take initiatives to effectively deploy pay for performance philosophy.
- Responsible for managing Annual and Off-cycle increment cycle in partnership with the Leadership team.
