- The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics, paying a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services.
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Lead is a data centric, analytical & tech savvy individual who will be responsible to drive various digital marketing channels including but not limited to the below-
- Good knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Email Marketing Tools like Hubspot/Clevertap/Fynd etc
- Google Analytics
- PPC
- FB Ads
Key Responsibilities would entail of :
- Run campaigns for increasing digital leads and seller brand awareness
- Clarity to plan and execute organic traffic through different avenues
- Leverage insights and market understanding to plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns to drive seller acquisition
- Proven track record of achieving results through digital paid media by means of actionable plans and innovative marketing programs.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Creating landing pages and optimize seller experience.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Create display advertising campaigns
This is an early-stage opportunity with Reliance Retail with a chance to work directly with the key stakeholders and shape the journey of Reliance Retail in India. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in ambiguity, is innovative and creative, and self-motivated to deliver results.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 4 years of experience in digital marketing and good at driving traffic through alternate sources in e-marketplace.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to convert the data into actionable results
- Deep understanding and experience in using FB ads, Google ads, GA tools and using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to do deep data analysis and present actionable insights in easy consumable manner to stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English.
- Strong bias for action with high attention to detail.
- Experience with using Excel to maintain and analyse data on a regular basis
- Experience working with cross functional teams to drive specific objectives
- Being able to manage multiple projects and co-ordinate with internal teams with a strong focus on delivering results.
