The person will be responsible for owning customer marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives on Sales, Distribution, Profit, Category Market Shares growth & Team Productivity.
Strategy and Planning -
- Design and develop trade marketing program basis the national strategy level.
- Drive all strategic planning and Point of Purchase execution to grow the brands in the category.
- Devise and cascade Annual operating plan to clear and simple channel strategies at regional levels.
- Forecast demand planning and design competitive value propositions for channel partners.
Insights -
- Develop customer and shopper Insights, market intelligence, competition benchmarking, new competitor launch and activities.
Activities & Coordination -
- Innovate, execute and monitor initiatives viz. promotions, engagement activities etc to transform shoppers and consumer behaviour at POP to accelerate the growth curve.
- Own the New Product Launch Plan - Outside-in perspective: Distribution, (secondary and primary) & BTL plan of New Launches.
- Post Launch Promotion/Event Analysis (Vs Plan)
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders

- Sound Analytical, Planning & Presentation skills - Ability to synthesize vast, disparate and seemingly unrelated data points, develop key insights on customer experience, highlight gaps (if any) and drive changes/experiments across cross-functional teams

Qualifications -
- Post-Graduation in Marketing from Tier 1 / Premier institutes
- Experience of FMCG Industry in both Sales & Customer Marketing functions. Currently leading Customer/Trade Marketing function at National Level in any lead FMCG Organization.
