Role Purpose This position is responsible for leading and managing the complete category to maximize customer experience, sales, P&L and margin.

As a leader of the team you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and sales, merchandising planning and end to end execution and margin growth. The person who joins our team in this leadership position must share our passion and commitment to giving Indian customers high quality fashion products.

BSC perspective Key Responsibilities

Finance - Formulate, execute the e-commerce launch strategy for the category

- Define short term and long term business strategy for the category aligned to overall business & operations deliverables

- Responsible for achieving overall sales & revenue targets for the category.

- Responsible for market analysis, competitive analysis, marketing sizing, merchant relationship, category merchandizing.

- Responsible for driving category margin targets

- Responsible for category level fulfilments - Min 98%

- Responsible for driving quality Catalogue size & growth, Overall Assortment, Quality Vendor base across India.

- Responsible for Vendor NPS.

Customer - Uncompromised Customer Centric Approach

- Responsible for 98% Order fulfillment on JIT Marketplace Model

- Responsible for Customer NPS.

Internal Business Process - Build strong partnership and strategic collaboration with vendors. You will be responsible for getting new vendors, negotiating, ensuring that Reliance Jio is their preferred ecommerce partner.

- Ensure 100% adherence to defined policy framework for vendor & catalogue growth

- Ability to innovate & build best practices

People/ Learning & Growth - A team leader with excellent communication, presentation capabilities.

- Proven experience to lead and manage large team of Sr/Business Development & Account Management teams

- Good with numbers & analytical abilities

- Absolute insights on competition landscape

Competencies

Functional Competencies - Innovation and Creativity with customer focus.

- Experience in e-commerce business and be able to define and make decision on key strategies such as product strategy, pricing, order fulfillment, vendor selection, etc.

- Previous project management experience including scope of project, define timeline and meeting milestone, is a plus.

Academics and Experience

Qualification MBA - Marketing (Premier Business School)
