We are hiring for an Asst Manager Vendor Services Training role.
The position is responsible for conducting end-to-end training programs with regard to people, product, process and systems of the Reliance E-Commerce functions. He/she should also participate in the development of training content, identify and support the training needs of both internal and external stakeholders
Brief of JD
- Create training content as per prescribed topics with focus on ease of understanding, maximum effectiveness and enhancing knowledge levels.
- Assist partners in building training teams by providing knowledge transition support
- Drives the execution of all learning related audits and supports any operational audit initiatives.
- Manage all surveys and reporting metrics for Training Partners ensuring quality delivery.
- Work as a consultant with the Operations team and suggest improvement measures on the lines of people, product, process and technology.
- Have regular interactions with the Vendors to get the pulse of the market and key areas of concern that need to be addressed.
- Create interactive and engaging activities/case studies/on job training scenarios that will help the participants get a better understanding of the business process efficiently and effectively.
- Delivery of training content within given timelines (training schedule)
Ideal Fitment
- Experience of training delivery, content creation and management.
- Work along with the operations and category teams to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.
- Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
- Strong communication skills in the English Language.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training.
