Analyst - Supply Chain/Logistics

We are scouting for Network analyst- SCM for Reliance E-Venture.

We are looking for individuals from premier institutes - Btech/MBA

- Analyse large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and build metrics and business cases around Reliance ecommerce's Supply Chain network.

- Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile into a digestible and actionable format

- Monitor existent metrics, analyse data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system parameters.

- Support cross-functional teams to hand over the network design for effective program implementation.

- Drive small to medium size projects.

- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.

- Map and document processes

- Conduct network design simulation to determine optimal delivery hub location, manpower planning

- Participate in continuous improvement projects works with other team members to develop alternative solutions

Ideal Candidate :

- Mandatory : Advanced level skills with MS Excel -chart formatting options

- Optional : VBA macros, Map- geocoding tools, excel solver or any other solver basics

- Familiarity with Predictive modeling (logistic regression, discrete choice models), time series analysis, forecasting, multivariate regression, factor and cluster analysis, survey analysis, general linear models, and data mining

- Familiarity with handling databases and experience with very large-scale data
