- We are looking for an experienced MIS & Reporting Manager with expertise in data analysis, MIS creation, and reporting within the Life Insurance (LI) industry.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing data-driven reports to support business decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.

- Analyze large datasets and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for management review.

- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, finance, and operations teams to gather and validate data.

- Maintain and enhance database structures and reporting tools to meet business requirements.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analytics.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in MIS creation and reporting within the Life Insurance industry.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle large datasets and complex reporting requirements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in automation of reports and dashboards.

- Knowledge of insurance business operations and regulatory reporting.
