Position - Manager Employee Relations
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a process on employee counselling and discipline
- Handle all employee related issues
- Investigations of complaints received, initiate disciplinary actions, Resolution of all issues within a specified TAT
- Redressal of grievances/complaints and investigating any whistle blow
- Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: discipline, grievances and performance
- Handling Statutory compliances pan India, co- ordination with zones and ensuring the adherence of TAT
- Handling Legal cases
- Co- ordination with Risk & compliance/Legal team
- Liaising with government dept. officials.
- Effective case management of people related issues such as: discipline, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
- Follow- up with zones on action plans, report the status and case investigations related to employees & external agencies
- Assist stake holders with employee counselling, corrective actions plans
- Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company's Human Resource policies.
- Conduct audits
Requirements
5 - 8 years of experience in HR with atleast 4 yrs in employee relations
PGDM /MBA - (Human Resources)
Knowledge of Industrial and labour laws
