About the role :

In an intensive industry like life insurance, the role of Business Transformation is critical and cannot be understated. We are looking to hire Consultants who are Subject Matter Experts and can deliver value to the business by Conceptualizing, Designing and Strategically driving end to end Business Transformation Projects in collaboration with Business Heads.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible to work in collaboration with Business Heads of different sales channels to conceptualize and design sales strategies to manage projects related to Business Transformation.

- Design strategic projects while taking ownership for business requirement planning, defining project milestones, keeping track of delivery against schedule.

- Analyze the profitability for the insurance product offering and develop marketing strategy to increase the revenue share of high profitability offerings.

- Monitor and review performance against agreed targets, worked closely to ensure those are met.

- Performed rigorous data analysis to identify segment, channel level performance and engaged with external and internal stakeholders to rationalize the product offering, define incentives and improve the margins.

- Develop strategic sales plans to address dynamic market changes and new product launches.

- Create and deliver regular training to assist employees and partners with their knowledge about products.

- Draft key marketing communications materials such as brochures, email-marketing content, newsletters, and news releases.

- Provide strategic advice on development of social media marketing channels and new digital systems for insurance products

Desired Consultant Details :

- The Consultant should have experience in Business Transformation.

- Have the energy, conviction and passion to achieve the agenda of the organization

- Be willing to go all out and deliver in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.

- Life insurance or BFSI experience is preferred.

Remuneration Details :

The consultant will be paid 1 Lac a month for the period of 6 months.
