Purpose of the Job :
- Lead Marketing Function for the Zone, Support in Brand and Business Building, Leading Large National Themes, Event Management, Vendor and Merchandise Management
Key responsibilities :
- Market-specific Business Building
- Conceptualizing Engagement Themes basis Cultural Nuances
- Owning Market Share & Growth Support to Zonal Business
- Brand Visibility, Activations, Investor Acquisition & Retention
- Channel Support and Engagement
- Leveraging Partner Network for Brand & Business Growth
- Leading Large National Themes
- Conceptualizing and Operationalizing Large Themes
- Ensuring effective roll-out and momentum building
- Best-practices sharing and nation-wise result achievement
- Be the single-point-of-impact for the Large Theme
Event Coordination :
- Master-minding and executing impactful regional/local events
- Supporting all Regional Meets and Events
- Zonal Procurement & Merchandise Support
- Develop ideas, source and negotiate on innovative Merchandise/Give-aways
Vendor Management :
- Enlist, Encourage and get the best out of Regional vendors
- Manage the end-to-end Commercial process as well as inventory
