Objective of the Role: To drive the brand philosophy across branches, customer touch points, internal customers and advisors. The Company is embarking on a crucial journey to launch a new philosophy and this position will oversee all the activities which will drive adoption of the brand philosophy.
Key responsibility :
- Building the customer centric culture : Create programs for the branches, employees and for partners which will drive adoption of the Brand philosophy.
- Create Brand experience : Building the brand across all customer touch points and sales channels.
- Internal communication : Create compelling communication in line with the brand's tone and manner for the internal audience. Streamline the internal communication process by creating a monthly calendar for departments
Support to sales channel :
- To create a lead pipeline for proprietary channels through sponsorship, tie-ups with corporate and activation like school contact programs, housing society and corporate
- To impact Sales Manager's productivity through sales aids, communication, training content and regular market visits, also by supporting agent recruitment through multi-media campaigns and activation on ground
- Create an annual engagement calendar to drive Reward & Recognition for various sales channels
- Set-up and drive processes for branches, channels, and for internal teams
Required Qualification and skills :
- Post Graduate in Marketing from a reputed institute
- Understanding of Finance and Financial Products
- 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing/Advertising
- Worked on ATL/BTL/Activation and media
- Should be able to handle Advertising, Media and Activation Agencies
- Experience in financial industry is an added advantage
- Should have a good project management skills
- Understanding of Market Research
