Position : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Product Management

Location : Goregaon - Corporate Office

Reporting to : Senior Manager- Product Management

Specific Responsibilities :

- Involved in new product development

- Identifying the current gap in product offerings & market potential for the new product

- Finalization of product features

- Filing of product with IRDA

- System development of new product

- Launch of product - including sales training

- Managing portfolio of existing product

- Mapping competition and obtaining feedback from distribution

Key Performance Indicators :

- Ensure new products are designed to meet organization objectives and within defined timelines

- Ensure quality of documentation during the filing process

- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for launch of product: systems, marketing, training

- Ensure compliance to product management processes

Experience : 1- 4 Years in Product Management or Development

Qualification : MBA
