Looking out for Lead - Seller Training Strategy
Key Responsibilities :
- Define an end-to-end seller training strategy concept. Set up performance goals, training programs for on boarding, operation, services etc. to empower sellers.
- Define key requirements for seller training platform, training channels and format, support set up of the training platform.
- Collect seller and business requirements to develop training programs throughout the entire seller life cycle.
- Create training content, plan and coordinate launch of training programs.
- Set up training monitoring and feedback system, track training results to continuously improve the training program.

- Experiences in seller interactions and delivering a good seller experience.
