5. Continuously build on our customer understanding & cull out actionable customer insights, through market research and customer feedbacks
6. Monitor competitive intelligence through timely inputs from media agencies and internal regional marketing and store - operations team
7. Define the annual marketing calendar and plan according to budgeted spends.
8. Devise and roll out effective and efficient marketing campaigns integrating all touch-points (in-store and out-of-store, including online)
9. Building brand assets and associations that will help build the right customer perceptions, so to continuously strengthen our brand image
10. Manage marketing agencies and key vendors to get the best out of them.
11. Build resQ as a strong service differentiator & as an enabler to maximize customer usage and retention
12. Maximize margin contribution by leveraging our private label portfolio
13. Find opportunities for PR & corporate communications and actively dialogue with the central-PR team.
14. Maintain a keen sense of business performance and continuously implement new ideas & innovations to support growth of key product families.
15. Reflect a disciplined approach personally on "plan-do-check-act- processes
16. Foster a team-working climate and leadership skills to improve our budget closer to reflecting business & marketing excellence.
