1. Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners
2. Carry out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large & Government accounts
3. Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring
4. Manage trainings on how to handle Enterprise Accounts
5. Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters
6. Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content
7. Plan and execute buddy ride with newly ESO & ESM's
8. Ensure handholding of ESO's & ESM's for first 30 days
9. Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for new hires
10. Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness
11. Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers
