Job Description:
1. Identify and develop alternative sourcing channels, including local job exchanges, NGOs, college campuses, social media, and self-help groups.
2. Drive campaigns to increase applicant numbers on the Jio Careers website.
3. Work on specific project requirements according to set timelines.
4. Monitor recruitment dashboards regularly; analyze data to drive performance.
5. Prioritize recruitment of identified critical positions in respective states.
6. Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements across verticals.
7. Publish recruitment reports for various internal stakeholders.
8. Build an extensive candidate database for future requirements.
