Reliance Jio Platforms Limited is inviting applications from suitable candidates to be part of our Talent Acquisition Organisation.

We are looking for seasoned technical recruitment professionals from Software Product Companies ONLY who have hands on experience in hiring DATA SCIENCES and DESIGN professionals.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage, drive and monitor talent acquisition across the business as per the hiring guidelines with minimum deviation. Create awareness and educate stakeholders on policies, process & programs to support talent acquisition

- Identify and recruit right talent through internal or external sources adhering to the budget and the hiring guidelines to ensure timely closure of the gap for the position

- Build talent pool (internal / external) for all the critical roles . Candidate benchmarking of the top performers in competitor organization.

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate till closure to ensure outstanding candidate experience

- Review and monitor the hiring MIS and provide updates to respective business on the hiring status

- Ensure completion of recruitment certification (HOT & ONBC ) for all hiring managers across the business

- Ensure periodic audit of hiring process and highlight exceptions
