- Evaluate markets and their growth opportunities. Set up and manage the strategy, new Initiatives for organic as well as inorganic growth.
- Support integration of various functional reporting matrices and align them to company goals
- Propose and promote insightful quantitative analysis and data models to back business decisions.
- Lead definition of structure and execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analysis, and sharing actionable recommendations.
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities for business with a view of improved offerings, increased customer base, and gaining additional market share
- Provide long term and short-term strategic recommendations to business executives to improve business and capitalize on any available opportunities.
- Take up new initiatives - beyond "business as usual" - from conceptualization to completion in consultation with business leadership
- Manage required market studies, market share analysis, competitive benchmarking, global research etc. and suggest business improvements and changes to ensure business is evolving in the right direction.
- Identify potential companies for strategic investment / acquisition and drive end to end playbook for such initiatives.
- Support in putting together sourcing strategies to meet medium to long term business objectives and operational needs.
