The role is team management with 2-3 team members being part of the team.
The candidate shall have hands on experience in hiring for top tier engineering campuses as well as in lateral hiring.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, drive and monitor talent acquisition across the business as per the hiring guidelines with minimum deviation. Create awareness and educate stakeholders on policies, process & programs to support talent acquisition
- Identify and recruit right talent through internal or external sources adhering to the budget and the hiring guidelines to ensure timely closure of the gap for the position
- Build talent pool (internal / external) for all the critical roles . Candidate benchmarking of the top performers in competitor organization.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate till closure to ensure outstanding candidate experience
- Review and monitor the hiring MIS and provide updates to respective business on the hiring status
- Ensure completion of recruitment certification (HOT & ONBC ) for all hiring managers across the business
- Ensure periodic audit of hiring process and highlight exceptions
