Reliance Jio Infocomm - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

Reliance Jio Platforms Limited in looking for seasoned HRBP professionals from IT and Digital/Internet services and platforms organisations ONLY for the role of HRBP Governance of the various organisations JPL has invested in .

The candidate must have deep understanding of the HRBP fundamentals as well as be well conversant with stakeholder management without having direct reporting relationships.

The role :

- The role requires to have great drive and the candidate must be a self starter in taking initiatives.

- The incumbent shall be willing to work in flexible hours as desired by the leadership.

- The role will be based in Navi Mumbai post the covid era and till then will be on work from home mode. The candidate must be willing to work out of Reliance JPL Navi Mumbai office once the work from premises resume.

- Only candidates having HRBP experience in Internet/Digital/IT products/IT Services and IT Platform organisations shall be considered for the role.

Responsibilities :

To govern 15 to 20 companies HRBP teams in accordance with the group policies and requirement, adherence to policies and guidelines, reviews as per cadence, reporting to leadership regularly and handle the HRBP related issues that arise from the investee companies.

Salary offered: 12-15LPA
