1. Ascertain organization design is maintained in SAP on real time basis
2. Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies and procedures
3. Identify talent gaps on ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy
4. Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement
5. Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations
6. Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data and score cards
7. Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees
8. Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
9. Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends and key learnings
10. Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define development plan
11. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in line with hiring guidelines
12. Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills
