- Create processes for deployment and tracking of Annual Operating Plan in close association with the cross functional stakeholders
- Help create systems to build competencies of managers in running a robust PMS with focus on dialogue and performance coaching
- Develop systems of performance review, monitoring and feedback
- Create linkages with compensation and incentive plans
- Train the business HR to run campaigns to build competencies of line managers and employees on various aspects of the PMS process including performance planning, coaching, review, feedback and consequence management
- Benchmark, articulate and develop policies to enable create a performance oriented workplace
- Experience of working in Performance function of Telecom, Technology and FMCG sector is desirable
