Reliance Jio is inviting applications from suitable candidates for Young Talent - Human Resource Business Partners.
All positions will be based in Reliance Jio HQ in Navi Mumbai and applicants shall be willing to work from office on all working days.
Experience Criteria: Ideal candidates shall have maximum of 10 years and minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed corporate organisations in the role of HRBP for the sales teams.
Education Qualification: Full time graduate in any discipline and full time post graduate degree/diploma in Human Resources from reputed institutes.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide human resource consulting to the business.
2. Work with hiring and line managers to understand and prioritise critical skills that are necessary for the business in future.
3. Advise business leaders on strategies to better support the induction of new hires into the organisation effectively.
4. Guide learning managers to focus on learning programmes to build new skillsets for the staff.
5. Handle the sourcing and managing of high-potential talent, and the carrying out of succession plans.
6. Manage employee issues and also support line managers in exit and retirement processes.
Job Requirement:
The position is the main point of contact between HR and the business and hence the incumbents are expected to speak well and promote a cooperative work environment, should be service-oriented and passionate about addressing organisational and employees' needs and issues.
