1. Recruitment professional with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and leading teams.
2. Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to selection of best talent from diverse sources across levels & businesses
3. Should be able to manage Volume hiring for new projects.
4. Well connected with campus across the city to manage Campus hiring needs.
5. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews
6. Ensure recruitment costs are maintained by focusing on channels like Employee Referrals, Job Portals Campus and Diversity/CR etc.
7. Ensure Hiring SLA's are maintained at all times
8. Initiated and implemented the HR SOP's to standardize the Recruitment & Selection process, HRSS forms & documentation process, Employee Referral Policy, Background Verification Policy etc.
9. Drive continuous process improvement measures to strengthen the recruitment process
10. Monitoring Recruitment process KPI's & Process TAT's
11. Maintaining manpower availability for State at 100%.
