Deputy Manager HR
- The HR Business Partner will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for effective people management.
- She/he will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
- The HRBP will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
Responsibilities :
- Ascertain organization design is maintained in SAP on a real-time basis.
- Provide ongoing support on HR-related matters, policies and procedures.
- Identify talent gaps on an ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy.
- Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement.
- Identify business trends and provide recommendations.
- Perform analysis of attrition data.
