Job Description :
1. Act as a master trainer and supervisor for the given team across State
2. Act as a coach to nurture and handhold the team by showcasing the on-boarding process
3. Ensure coordination and implementation of programs between NHQ and State teams
4. On-board partners in the program as per the target scope
5. Drive the overall project across State
6. Ascertain lead generation/conversion
7. Ensure retailers are serviced for consistent usage
8. Carry out retailer visits in market for driving the usage and resolving the issues
9. Own value and volume revenue overall, product and category wise
10. Develop and nurture long term relationship with key retailers and Associates
11. Plan and execute marketing activities required for the state
12. Coordinate with SCM and care team to ensure timely logistics and service of partners
13. Ensure timely settlement of all schemes and promotions
14. Facilitate resolution of any disputes
Skills and Competencies :
1. Humble background preferably from small cities
2. Strong work culture and training oriented company background
3. Exposure to sell-out strategies in Urban and Rural markets, financing, end of life, warranty, Installation, Repair and Care services along with knowledge on the tricks of the trade in Electronics including pricing and distribution
