- Manages a team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through channels.

- Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies.

- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in enterprise business & SMB Account management both COCP & IOIP from SMB Segment for wireless products

- Ensures Road Show activity, drives customer experience & conversion

- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

- Ensure training & development of Each channel employee

- Leads and directs the work of others.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Reports to a Team Leader - SMB Business
