Job Responsibilities - Lead all the paid social media campaigns for AJIO - Manage and implement campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards marketing objectives - Facebook/ Instagram/ Snapchat/ Tik-tok / Twitter - Work closely with all departments (tech, product, planning, category, creative, content and design team to help create best-in-class digital customer experience) - Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets; Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers. - Optimize and scale metrics like CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS for all campaigns, ad groups and ad sets. Publish daily performance summary report for key metrics - Create face-book ad copies and creatives in collaboration with the content and creative team - Suggest changes to carry out A/B tests & Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. Candidate Requirements - A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail oriented without losing track of the big picture - Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into creative, intuitive campaigns - Expert understanding of leading mobile & web analytics tools, marketing automation software & advertising technology in general - At least 2 years professional experience in managing performance campaigns on Facebook - Proven analytical abilities, working with large datasets and advanced functionality of Excel
