Job Purpose
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for executing the behvioural skills and management development learning agenda with specific focus on facilitating session
Job Accountabilities
- Design the execution calendar for the year / quarter / month for the designated area
- Assign internal / external certified facilitators as needed
- Facilitate / deliver sessions oneself as per the plan
- Provide analytics on pre-decided efficiency and effectiveness parameters for communicating to all relevant stakeholders
- Suggest improvements for programme design basis participant feedback
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update the learning initiatives accordingly
