Team Member Talent Management
Cadre & Leadership Development:
- Implement flagship cadre and leadership development programs (Career Acceleration Program, FLYER) supporting development of long-term pipeline
- Design guidelines to integrate the campus cadres (Reliance Emerging Leaders/MT , Executive Trainees, Graduate Engineer Trainees and Chartered Accountants) to the overall High Caliber talent pool.
Annual Talent Review & Succession Planning:
- Facilitate the Annual Talent Review and Succession Planning collabprating with Business HR teams for high caliber identification
- Implement interventions and track development actions for strengthening organizational capability as well as mitigating gaps in succession
Talent Growth & Process Governance:
- Talent Analytics & Insights to measure effectiveness of development actions and track mobility, growth and retention of talent
- Craft action-oriented talent dashboards and facilitate talent councils to support business and HR leaders in the deployment of career progression
- Collaborate with Businesses, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Teams to facilitate mobility development of high caliber talent
Talent Operating Model & Projects:
- Drive key talent programs and implement the Talent Operating Plan
- Manage team budgets, drive key talent projects and board proposals
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices to incorporate necessary changes in Talent Management practices
Qualification: Post-graduate in HR
