Job Accountabilities:
- Set the process and approach for key aspects of capability building - competencies and skills, Upskilling, Reskiling, critical role holder capabilities - and work closely with CoE and acadmeies in executing the same
- Ensure execution of effective governance process to ensure that the function is on track with respect to guiding principles and deliverables
- Carry out learning analytics and ensure circulation of reports and dashboardss
- Ensure adehrence to laid down learning processes by all in L&D
- Support in managing learning budgets with focus on efficiency and effectievness, including bills management
- Guide CoE and academies on best practices in the learning domain and implementing the same
- Drive the capability building of the learning team and ensure the team is at required proficiency level across all capabilities
- Support in driving large scale events like Spectrum

Qualifications:
- Full Time MBA (Human Resource Management)
Experience - 10 - 14 yrs in the HR space
