Reliance Industries Limited - Instructional Designer

- Manage end-to-end learning project life-cycle, right from analysis till evaluation

- Apply instructional strategies, innovative methodologies and technologies

- Design instructional materials for instructor-led courses, online programs and web-based learning

- Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to the delivery options for the course.

- Design and develop instructionally sound e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate etc.

- Visualize UI/UX, design elements, layouts, templates and graphics for the various content formats

- Review and ensure quality checks and compliance as per defined guidelines and principles

- Collaborate with other Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Graphic Designers, consultants, LMS/IT team, Marketing & Communications team, third-party vendor partner(s) in the creation and delivery of learning content

- Act as a consultant to Functional Academies and advise on best-fit learning solution and assessment methodologies

- Own and manage projects with vendor partners in co-ordination with academies including scoping, planning, designing, and ensuring timely delivery

- Scripting storyboards for different delivery mediums, such as WBTs, videos, vILTs, and ILTs

- Develop instructor guides, rubrics, and other teaching aids

- Conduct trainings to build capabilties across functional academies in the area of Instructional Design and authoring tools

- Ensure valid and up-to-date content in the internal content catalog

- Maintain project documentation

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field

- Instructional design certificate or degree from any reputed institution

Qualifications : 8-12 years experience in ID role.
