Job Accountabilities:
- Ensure compliance under various Labour Laws applicable to vendors and the company, end-to-end Contract Labour Management at site.
- Ensure submission of returns under all applicable Labour Laws - Quarterly, Half yearly and annual
- Validation of compliance documents of Vendors on monthly basis.
- IR validation and deployment of new vendors, CLRA compliance and educate Vendors about required compliances to be followed before start the work at site.
- Assist Head IR for the grievance redressal for off-roll manpower to ensure zero litigation and uninterrupted production.
- Participate / coordinate for compliance related audits conducted by Govt. agencies.
