HR Business Partner
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services across designated area
- Finalize and maintain organizational structures in line with Work Breakdown Structure
- Conduct Manpower Planning and manage sourcing in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team
- Conduct regular OM Audits to ensure integrity of employee data
- Facilitate Annual Talent Reviews including finalization and implementation of Management Action Plans in collaboration with Talent & Leadership Team
- Work towards on-time completion of Performance Planning, Reviews, Calibration and MSI across designated area
- Facilitate the administration of Employee Engagement Survey and track implementation of Action Plans
- Manage disciplinary proceedings and own employee relations in designated area
- Anchor the implementation of CoE initiatives in partnership with respective teams
- Partner with stakeholders for design and delivery of need-based interventions
- Facilitate delivery of Corporate Services in designated area
- Plan and conduct employee interactions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining feedback
- Provide guidance on interpretation of HR policies and resolve employee grievances
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and to improve the delivery of HR services
