- Facilitate the formulation and execution of Talent acquisition policies, processes, strategies and protocols.
- Regularly review the TA policies, processes and introduce enhancements to ensure their continued effectiveness.
- Evaluate, specify, choose, and implement digital microservices on the hiring platform.
- Assist in the project management and support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for the TAG team.
- Comprehend user demands and develop BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) for new attributes or improvements.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to generate change requests in the system and oversee change management prerequisites.
- Supervise product/feature testing (UAT) in coordination with HR Ops.
- Collaborate with the platform and analytics team to work on TAG MIS and dashboards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ATS operational issues, dashboards, AOPs, Audit & compliances, Risks & Controls, TAG budgets, Vendor evaluation and TAG Induction
