- Design and deploy cost-efficient and employee-friendly Diversity & Inclusion Operating Model as well as high-performing team architecture to drive the agenda
- Ensure clear policy formulation and communication of Diversity & Inclusion Agenda by means of utilizing appropriate interventions, initiatives and cadence
- Anchor the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for the organization (in terms of generations and backgrounds) aimed at creating synergies
- Spearhead formulation and implementation of policies aimed at creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Drive and govern #Awaken Your Senses# (flagship Gender Diversity Program of RIL)
- Ensure legal compliance with laws related to Diversity & Inclusion
- Lead online content creation and internal as well as external communication related to latest initiatives and developments in Diversity & Inclusion
- Collaborate with business heads to identify gaps and implement initiatives aimed at managing Micro Inequities and Unconscious Bias
- Enhance awareness related to diversity and inclusion across the group and on-board as well as sensitize new people managers on the same
- Carry out Annual Budgeting for Diversity & Inclusion for the group in collaboration with Finance Team
- Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs through relevant interventions to disseminate information regarding Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and periodically assess effectiveness of the same
- Develop capability of Diversity & Inclusion Team through need-based learning interventions and mentoring
- Partner with external vendors for various Diversity & Inclusion interventions
- Showcase RIL with relevant external stakeholders to strengthen the employer brand in Diversity & Inclusion space
