Job Responsibilities:
1) Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP) Management: The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end program management of the RELP cadre starting from PreJoining Engagement, Offers, Orientation, Performance Management, Governance and Learning & Development for 2 years:
- Manpower planning for RELP Cadre across Hydrocarbons, Retail, Jio & Allied Businesses
- Business & HR Leadership connects to appraise them about program updates, new initiatives and upcoming plans
- Facilitating smooth orientation, offer & joining experience for RELP cadre including Pre-Joining engagement, Group wide orientation, Merchandise, etc
- Program Management of Stint Movements, Project allocations, Final Role Allocations
- Quarterly catchups with RELs & Managers
- RELP Grievance management and regular connects with Managers & HRBPs as needed to manage sensitive situations
- Managing effective governance across various entities (Hydrocarbons, Retail, Jio) in terms of gathering feedback, performance management and compensation payouts
- Curating a comprehensive 2 year calendarized plan covering the following areas: 1) Growth, 2) Learning & Development, 3) Networking & Engagement, 4) Governance
- Project Management basis the calendarized plan
2) The Ultimate Pitch (TUP) Program Management: The incumbent will be the mastermind behind this flagship branding & engagement event and will be the project manager to liaise with both internal stakeholders as well as external vendors involved with making this event a grand success.
- External vendor evaluations to finalize Branding partner & Platform+Execution partner for the year
- Stage wise event conceptualization basis inputs from leadership & internal core committee, as well as inputs from vendors
- Preparing the overall budget plan & getting the same approved by the function head
- Liaising with internal Leadership right from Board to Mid-Level Management at every stage of the event for Launches, Internal Evaluations, Jury, Workshops, Mentorship and the Grand Finale which is held at Reliance Corporate Park
- Managing the student communications and experience at every touch point with the aim of making this a memorable experience
- Deciding the theme, communication style and look & feel for each season in liaison with the Branding Partner
- Project managing the internal committee that deals with Communications, Social Media, Merchandise, Transport & Accommodation, Food, Security, Safety, On Ground Branding, etc.
- Pre-Placement interviews for the National Finalists and subsequent selection into the RELP
