Recruitment :
- Works towards the implementation of resourcing strategy across the designated area by means of utilizing appropriate interventions, initiatives and cadence
- Anchor end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including role definition, candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, selection, offer generation, pre-boarding and on-boarding as per agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent availability, requirements and trends for the area and conduct initial screening of received profiles
- Maintain balance between internal and external sourcing and ensure commitment to D&I as well as candidate experience during various stages of sourcing
- Strengthen understanding of external job market and recruitment trends in industry to prepare competitive job offers as per R-Rewards guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation in line with compliance requirements during all stages of candidate assessment for future reference and audits
- Support facilitators in training hiring managers and HRBPs on Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques to improve quality of hire across domains and levels
- Provide analytics on pre-decided efficiency and effectiveness parameters for communicating to all relevant stakeholders
- Advise hiring manager on local legal / regulatory requirements
- Align key stakeholders and suggest ways of managing the Careers page on LinkedIn to create a strong employer brand to enhance RIL's reach in talent markets by attracting latent / passive job seekers
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update the Talent Acquisition processes accordingly
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders for background verification and pre-employment medical examination of candidates
Campus Resourcing :
- Implement a structured calendar for specific initiatives (such as Aspire Leadership Series, Alumni Meets and sponsorships) to increase connect of Reliance businesses with campus students
- Support vertical Lead for the continuous improvement of Brand Study results to position Reliance as an "Employer of Choice" and craft an action plan basis the findings
- Implement innovative ways of engaging talent and leveraging social media to increase the visibility of Brand Reliance across campuses
- Understand the campus hiring domain and contribute towards strengthening relationships with institutes and building campus ambassadors to obtain insights on company's perception amongst the students
- Execute the annual employer branding initiative "The Ultimate Pitch"
- Support the sensitization of businesses and internal stakeholders on the objectives of cadre building
- Support end-to-end hiring of campus hires including campus presentations, assessment, selection, pre-boarding, on-boarding and role allocations
- Work towards standardized messaging across all campuses
- Implement the learning curriculum for campus hires in collaboration with L&D Team
- Engage with previous batches to facilitate learning and growth through job rotations
- Execute the Mentor and Buddy programs
