Associate- Employee Engagement
- Implement Operating Plan for the vertical by means of utilizing appropriate interventions, initiatives and cadence
- Drive Employee Engagement survey including content design and finalisation, survey administration and reporting
- Facilitate the development of Employee Engagement Survey Action Plans and track the implementation of the same across businesses
- Support the design and administration of Employee Experience Surveys with a lifecycle approach and provide real-time reporting, feedback and tracking of Action Plans
- Seek technological enhancements and innovations to make employee engagement initiatives more accessible and user-friendly
- Organize Leadership Connect sessions and Town Halls on a periodic basis to provide employees with relevant insights related to RIL businesses and leadership
- Execute and leverage large-scale employee events such as Reliance Family Day and BYFW to enhance and sustain dialogue around engagement and provide uniform experience across RIL Hydrocarbons
- Drive employer branding with a focus on external awards participation, employer rankings, social media communication, conferences and other high impact employer visibility channels
- Drive campaigns on internal / social media in collaboration with internal Communications team to maintain employee connect
- Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs through relevant interventions to disseminate information regarding updates on Employee Engagement initiatives
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices for incorporating necessary changes in Employee Engagement practices to ensure competitive advantage
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders for various interventions
