Position : Branch Credit Manager -Mortgages

Location : Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat

Reporting to : Area Credit Manager / Regional Credit Manager

Specific Resposibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for underwriting business loan proposal as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes.

- To conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.

- To ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.

- To prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).

- To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.

- To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.

- To control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentation.

Internal :

- Sales, Credit Underwriting team, HR, Admin, IT

APPLICANT PROFILE :

Total Work Ex. in years Minimum 4-7 years post qualification,

- Prior exposure to any Credit Underwriting Software

Relevant Experience in years :

- Minimum 2 years post qualification,

- Prior exposure to any Credit Underwriting Software
