Reliance eCommerce is building their Digital Marketing function in Bangalore.

We- re looking for great SEM Specialists with 10+ years of domain expertise and experience to run cost effective, multi-geographic SEM/PPC campaigns spread across India.

Position : Sr Manager SEM

Reporting to : VP Marketing

Location : Bangalore

Breif of JD :

- Acquisition for Indian as well overseas Publisher/Affiliate.

- CPL/CPC/CPM/CPS/CPA /CPV/ CPI/ campaign delivery responsibility / accountability for campaign delivery and quality performance

- Knowledge of delivering CPI/ Mobile campaigns

- Develop strong relationship with publishers in order to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns

- Maintaining contacts with publishers/affiliates, ensuring the campaign delivery and optimization

- Acquiring new online publishers to grow the publisher portfolio for organization.

- Negotiating contract terms, pricing with the publishers

- Managing all publisher enquiries and coming up with the effective solutions

- Analyzing the company revenue through various affiliates and making strategies to increase it

Ideal Fitment :

- Scale up SEM Campaigns. (Strategic bidding, budget management, campaign enhancement and optimization)

- Set up and run PPC multiple categories and conduct keyword analysis/research and writing effective ad copies to achieve company business targets.

- Perform website funnel analysis in consultation with various other digital marketing team members.

- Analyze data through web analytics using Google Analytics and Google Ad words campaign tracking.
