Job Description:
- Design, co-ordinate and implement training activities to all retail staff
- Drawing up a training plan
- Making PPT and presentations as per the training need.
- Coordinate and maintain the training calendar for the region
- To co-ordinate with department heads on various training programs
- To evaluate the effect of training and plan accordingly
- Development and Implementation of New Initiatives
- Ensuring improvements in the store management and staff as a result of training
