- Provide reports that assist in customer understanding, customer value through analysis, recommendations, and input on CRM and loyalty program.
- Deliver interpretation of program, segment and category analysis and interpretation of campaigns through reporting and presentations of findings.
- Transform data into actionable business intelligence through the use of query and reporting tools.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and input into loyalty campaign strategies and campaign evaluation to improve KPIs related to effectiveness measurements.
- Use understanding and hands-on work with data, databases, and processes to enable optimal campaign planning, delivery, and effective consumer insights.
- Utilize internal CRM platform and other data sources to analysze data related to loyalty/CRM campaign effectiveness.
- Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting around CRM/Loyalty and customer analytics and share with internal stakeholders.
- Create weekly and monthly KPI and dashboard reporting for measurement of customer segment behavioral analytics, demographic profiles, contact analysis and database.
- Deliver dashboard BI reporting of monthly campaigns for bounce backs, opens, text and e-mail to drive business insights
- Maintain and manage scheduling and distribution of reporting requirements
